I made music note cupcakes to celebrate the premiere of High School Musical 3 on the big screen. They were easy to make. I made the music notes with music candy molds music candy molds
, then iced the cupcakes with a Wilton 2D Decorating Tip
Mold the chocolate by melting the colored chocolate discs according to the package directions. I use cake decorating bags to pipe the chocolate into the mold. Check for air bubbles, then let the chocolate cool and harden. Once the chocolate has cooled you can remove it from the mold.
The molded chocolate music notes would also make wonderful party favors.

Very cute! And what a great idea to “celebrate” the premiere of the movie (which our family went to see at 4p.m. on opening day! whoo-hooo!). I wish I’d done something like that for my girls!
