Bright and Colorful Polka Dot Party Ideas

Polka dots make a really fun party theme, or you can use polka dots to brighten up any kids party theme. I thought I’d put together a list of my favorite polka dot party supplies and ideas.
A polka dot cake or cupcakes are super simple. Just use a round cake decorating tip to put the dots on your cake. Let the dots dry a little, then use wax paper flat over your fingers to carefully flatten them into polka dots on your cake or cupcakes.
